Friends Together is a non-profit cooperative founded in 2023 as a vibrant community where individuals with, and without, disabilities come together to grow lasting connections.  With a simple yet powerful mission to “help our loved ones build the community of their dreams”, Friends Together is dedicated to fostering independence and inclusivity in a supportive atmosphere.  Members, who currently range in age from 22 to over 70, bring their diverse interests and abilities to activities ranging from nature and regional history to exercise, crafts, dance, and theater.  Weekly gatherings in Port Angeles and Sequim serve as focal points for members to socialize, learn, and engage with broader communities to enrich the lives of all.  Friends Together stands as an example of what can be achieved when individuals come together with a shared vision of community and belonging.
